All orders to Canada and USA include a tracking number. You will be notified by email with your tracking number after your order has been processed.

 

Shipping Policy

Items will be shipped in 3-5 business days from when they are ordered via Canada Post based on weight. Please keep in mind the products are hand made in small batches to order.
For questions on orders that have been shipped, please reference your Canada Post tracking number. Once an order leaves our hands, it enters the domain of Canada Post, and the order is no longer in our care or control. If you have concerns about late or lost packages, please don't hesitate to email us. We like to be kept in the loop - but ultimately, delivery issue must be taken up, and resolved with Canada Post. If an order has been shipped, has not been delivered, and the tracking has not been updated for one week, we will initiate a claim with Canada Post.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed orders. 
Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.

Returns

Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted. We will only replace items that are damaged.

Please read ingredients carefully and test a small patch of skin with a product and wait 24 hr. If an allergic occurs, discontinue use! Please email us with concerns.

If you find yourself unhappy with a product, please let us know and we will do our best to work it out. We will offer store credit (of the product cost) towards another purchase.
